Standard Dimensions: The Traffic Warning Trailer is manufactured in accordance with highway standards. The trailer, which has dimensions of 2000x4000xh2000 mm in its closed form, provides space and transportation advantage on the work site. According to the request, production can be made in different sizes.
Signal Transmitter Height: When the signal transmitter system of the trailer is switched on, its height reaches 4000 mm. Thanks to this height, the signals can be seen over a wide area.
Wind and Carrier Durability: Static calculations of the profiles used were made by considering wind resistance and carrier contraction calculations. It is long-lasting and robust with its structure produced by taking into account all adverse conditions.
Surface Treatment: It can be coated with galvanized or electrostatic paint according to the needs. This increases the rust resistance of the product, ensuring a long service life.
Suspension System: The axle system offers suspension with truss or torsion system, calculated according to whether the trailer is full or empty. Thanks to this, the trailer provides a stable use both on the road and on the work site.

Control Panel: The arrow directions on the trailer can be controlled via the color display control panel. The electronic motorized arrow system is automatically turned according to the directional change of the LEDs.
High Visibility: Traffic warning signs are made of Type 4 reflective material in accordance with highway standards. Thanks to this, they are easy to be noticed day and night.
Electrical Properties
Standard Voltage: Traffic Warning Trailers operate with 12V as standard. Production can also be performed with a 24V system upon request.
Battery Capacity: A 12V 200Ah capacity accumulator is used, which guarantees efficient operation by providing long-term energy.
Lamp Equipment: There are 25 200mm yellow and 2 300mm white strobe lamps on it. 15 Power LEDs of 3W were used in the yellow strobe lamps and 21 power LEDs of 3W were used in the white strobe lamps.
Durable Material: The body and windows of the strobe lamps are made of polycarbonate material, so they are resistant to both impacts and weather conditions. In addition, the strobe lights and the control box have IP67 sealing standard.
Microcontroller Based System: The control card of the trailer is microcontroller based and the battery status and possible failures can be monitored via the led display screen.
