Dimensions: The Illuminated Trailer produced in accordance with highway standards has dimensions of 1500x3000xh2000 mm in its closed form. Depending on the request, the possibility of production in different sizes is offered.
Open Height: The open height of the signal transmitter system is 4000 mm, which quickly attracts the attention of drivers by providing a wide field of view.
Structural Durability: Trailer profiles are designed with static calculations taking into account wind and transport conditions. These calculations were made in accordance with the most demanding environmental conditions.

Lifting System: The signal transmitter lifting process is performed by hand windlass as standard and is supported by shock absorbers. A hydraulic or electric actuator system can also be used on request.
Electrical Properties
Power Supply: The illuminated trailer operates with 12V energy as standard. Special production can be made for 24V energy systems.
Battery: A 12V 60Ah battery is used as standard, but batteries with a capacity of 72AH or 90Ah can also be used according to customer demand.
Strobe Lights: There are 15 200 mm yellow and 2 300 mm white strobe lights on the trailer. 15 Power LEDs with a power of 3W were used in the yellow strobe lamps. The white strobe lamps contain 21 power LEDs of 3W.
Material and IP Protection: The bodies and glasses of the lamps are made of durable polycarbonate material and all electrical components have IP67 sealing certificate.
Control System: The entire system is managed intelligently with a microcontroller-based control card.
Warranty Conditions
The Illuminated Trailer is covered by a 1-year warranty for the electronic part and a 2-year warranty for the mechanical part against production defects. Produced with high quality materials and workmanship, this trailer can be used safely for many years.
