How Do I Make My Refund?

Interest Traffic is a business that puts itself in the customer's shoes and acts accordingly. Our difference from other companies is that we will not make you experience tedious processes regarding returns or exchanges.


You can return the product you ordered to us, free of charge, along with its accessories and invoice, if any, within 14 days. (Just go to Sürat company or call a courier to your address and say that you want to return it to Interest Traffic Systems Ltd. Sti.)


You can send your refund request to the e-mail address bilgitrafik@gmail.com. This notification will help speed up the return process. As soon as the returned product reaches us, your refund will be reflected on the credit card or bank account you paid with on the same day.


How the Return Process Works.


You can send your refund request to bilgitrafik@gmail.com e-mail address. Our authorized staff will get back to you within the day. If you are in an emergency, you can send a refund directly and inform us later.


You can send the product or products you have purchased to us free of charge via our contracted cargo company, Sürat Cargo.


For shipments via domestic cargo, Aras cargo, UPS, Sürat cargo and other cargo companies, the return shipping fee belongs to the buyer.


After your return reaches us, it is reviewed by Interest Traffic customer representatives. The refund will be reflected on the credit card or bank account number you paid within 1 business day.


It may take 2-3 business days for this fee to be reflected in your account, due to bank procedures. This delay is not caused by our company.


How Do I Exchange the Product?


For product changes, you can request a change to the e-mail address bilgitrafik@gmail.com. You must also send us the invoice included in the package along with the product. You can let us know the stock code of the product you want to replace. The product requested to be exchanged will be sent to us free of charge via Sürat within 3 business days.


If the product you want to replace is in stock, your exchange will be made.


If it turns out that the product you want is not in stock, our customer representatives will contact you by phone and inform you of the developments. Afterwards, the amount you paid will be sent to you as a refund fee.


The shipping fee for exchanges sent via Yurtiçi Cargo, Sürat Cargo, Aras Cargo, UPS and other cargo companies belongs to the customer.


What are the products that cannot be returned?


Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of products that are excessively deformed and cannot be sold to a second customer due to use.


I opened the package, what should I do?


Opening the package, packaging or box of the product does not pose any problem.


You can return the opened box or package to its original state and request a refund or exchange.

CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION RETURN CONDITIONS

 

General:

1. If you place an order electronically via the www.ilgitrafik.com website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

3. Shipping costs, which are the cost of product shipment, will be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.

 

If the Purchased Product Price is Not Paid:

 

7. If the Buyer does not pay for the product he purchased or cancels it in his bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

 

Purchases Made with Unauthorized Use of Credit Card:

If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card with which the buyer paid has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer may return the product within 3 days, the transportation cost of which will be borne by the SELLER. must be returned to the SELLER.

 

If the product cannot be delivered on time due to unforeseen reasons:

 

9. If force majeure occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the buyer cancels the order; If the payment is made in cash, this fee will be paid in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

 

Buyer's Obligation to Check the Product:

The buyer will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; dents, broken, packaging torn, etc. Damaged and defective goods/services will not be received from the cargo company. The goods/services received will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. BUYER must protect the goods/services carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. The Invoice must be returned along with the product.

11. Buyer; Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product purchased to him/her or to the person/organization at the address indicated, he/she may exercise his right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification, provided that he notifies the SELLER via the contact information below.

Duration of the Right of Withdrawal:

 

13. If the buyer purchases a service, this 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service begins with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal expires.

14. Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.

15. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised" provisions set out in this contract.

 

Use of the Right of Withdrawal:

 

16. The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. Order returns whose invoice is issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless the RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

17. Return form: The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.

 

Return Conditions:

 

18. The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER in debt to the BUYER within a period of 10 days at the latest after receiving the notice of withdrawal, and to receive the goods back within 20 days.

19. There is a change in the value of the goods due to a reason arising from the BUYER's fault.
